Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. During launches, holidays, or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All delivery timeframes shown are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery Delays
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfers to you, in accordance with our Terms of Service. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Incorrect Addresses
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us, reshipping will be invoiced to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package shows as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. You may file a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@earthtonesshop.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Carrier delivery estimates vary by location and are not guaranteed.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
We do not accept returns due to delivery delays or issues caused by the carrier. For more information, please review our Return Policy.
